Thank you for shopping at Bowl & Sleek. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you have a great experience with our kitchen products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and parts
Not show signs of wear, installation, or use
Non-returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used kitchen tools, utensils, or cookware
Food storage items once packaging is opened
Custom or personalized items
Clearance or final-sale products
To initiate a return, contact us at email address bowlandsleek@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
Items show signs of use
Packaging or accessories are missing
The return is outside the regular return window
4. Exchanges
We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at Bowlandsleek@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the item and packaging to help us process the issue quickly
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not been shipped.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
