30-day hassle-free returns
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. No questions asked.
How to return an item
Follow these simple steps for a smooth return process:
Start your return
Email us at bowlandsleek@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
Ship it back
We'll provide a prepaid return label (for defective items) or instructions for return shipping.
Refund issued
Once received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
📋 Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet these conditions:
- Unused and in original condition: Items should not show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Original packaging: Please include all original boxes, tissue paper, and inserts
- Within 30 days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required
Note: Final sale items include personalized or custom pieces, and items marked "final sale" on the product page. These cannot be returned.
💰 Refund information
Once we receive your return, here's what to expect:
- Inspection: We'll inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days
- Refund approval: If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Timing: Refunds appear within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer
- Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
⚡ Damaged or defective items
We take great care in packaging, but sometimes accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bowlandsleek@gmail.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
- We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement immediately, or issue a full refund including original shipping

🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or pattern? The fastest way to exchange an item is:
- Return the original item using the steps above
- Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item

🚫 Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-engraved items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days
🌎 International returns
For international orders, please email us at bowlandsleek@gmail.com to initiate your return. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
